Luci Aro turns a flat product photo into a full editorial shoot — real-looking models, styled sets, on-brand lighting — then writes the captions, cuts every crop, and queues it straight into your calendar. No studio. No model day rates. No one touching a keyboard.
Private beta opens in small batches. Founding members lock the price they join at and get their first three pieces shot free.
No card. One email when your batch opens, and nothing else — ever. Unsubscribe is a single click.
This is a private beta, not a shipped product. Here is exactly where the line sits — you should know before you give us your email.
Garment in, finished posts out. Try-on onto your saved house model, editorial styling and lighting, captions in your voice, and all four crops — 9:16, 4:5, 1:1, 16:9 — delivered as a ready-to-publish queue you approve.
Direct auto-posting to Instagram, TikTok and Pinterest. Publishing on your behalf needs platform approval, which takes weeks and is out of our hands. Until it clears for your account, Luci Aro hands you a scheduled queue you publish in one tap. Nobody is charged for autonomous posting before autonomous posting works.
Shopify catalogue sync, the approval dashboard, and the per-market AI-disclosure field. Designed and scheduled, not shipped. The disclosure field matters if you sell into the EU — see the FAQ.
The cost of a shoot isn't really the problem. The cadence is. Feeds are hungry, shoots are slow, and the gap between them is where small labels lose to brands with a content team.
Three to six weeks from booking to a usable file. Then you post it, and in four days the algorithm has forgotten it, and you need the next one.
| One mid-market half day | Typical |
|---|---|
| Photographerday rate | $1,000–3,500 |
| Modelday rate | $500–3,000 |
| Studio hireper day | $400–1,500 |
| Retouchingper image | $25–150 |
| Bundled half daybefore styling, hair, make-up or travel | ≈ $2,400 |
| Luci Aro, per finished postGhost-Pilot tier, $149 ÷ 45 posts | $3.31 |
Day rates and the 3–6 week turnaround are sourced (see footer). The $2,400 figure is the midpoint of the component ranges above. A half day yields perhaps 25 usable frames — that number is our assumption, not a sourced figure, and it is the one that would move the comparison most if it's wrong.
You can generate an AI fashion image for under twenty cents today. That stopped being the bottleneck a while ago.
The bottleneck is everything after: choosing which of the forty renders is actually on-brand, cropping four aspect ratios, writing a caption that doesn't sound like a robot, and remembering to post it on Tuesday at 6pm.
That's still a job. It's still your job. Luci Aro takes the whole job — which is the part every other tool hands back to you as a folder of PNGs.
Photograph the piece flat on your kitchen table, or drag in the supplier photo. Phone-camera quality is fine. That's the last manual step.
Choose your model casting, location, lighting mood and brand voice. Luci Aro locks it in as your house style, so your grid reads as one brand instead of forty experiments.
New product hits your catalogue and Luci Aro shoots it, styles it, writes the caption, sizes it for every platform and drops it into your calendar. You get a notification, not a to-do.
Save your models the way you'd sign a face to a contract. The same faces, the same lighting, the same world — across every drop, every season. Consistency is what makes a small brand read as a real brand.
Try-on runs on a specialist model, not a general image generator — general models hallucinate logos and break print alignment. The styling pass afterwards is technically barred from touching the clothing: the garment is masked out of the latent, so the sampler physically cannot alter it.
9:16 for Stories. 4:5 for feed. 1:1 for marketplaces. 16:9 for your homepage banner. Composed for each frame, not cropped and hoped.
Feed it ten posts you've already written. It learns the rhythm and writes the rest. You approve in a swipe — or, once posting clears review, turn approvals off entirely and let it run.
A "post" here means finished: shot, styled, captioned, cropped four ways, ready to publish. If you're comparing us to a per-image generator, you're comparing a different unit.
Unused posts don't roll over. Prices shown are founding-member prices and are what waitlist members lock — see the terms below.
Anyone can put these on a landing page. Here is the version with the edges written in, so you can hold us to it.
Send three garments. We shoot, style and caption them, and you judge the output before any money is discussed. If they're not good enough to post, don't post them.
Terms: three garments, one trial per brand, during the private beta only. No card required and no automatic conversion to a paid plan. The delivered images are yours to use commercially whether or not you ever subscribe.
The price you join at is the price you keep. When list prices rise — and they will — founding members don't move.
Terms: applies to the first 100 founding members, on the tier you first subscribe to, for as long as your subscription stays active without a lapse. You can move up a tier and keep founding pricing on the new tier. If you cancel and rejoin later, you rejoin at the list price current at that time. We're capping this at 100 precisely so it stays a promise we can afford to keep.
You own the delivered images outright — organic posts, paid ads, print, wholesale lookbooks, marketplace listings. The models are synthetic, so there are no usage windows, no territory limits, no re-licensing and no expiry.
Terms: rights transfer on delivery and survive cancellation — leaving Luci Aro does not claw back images you already have. We do not use your garments, brand or output in our own marketing unless you opt in in writing. You are responsible for holding the rights to the garment photography you upload.
Judge it yourself before you pay a cent — three pieces, free, during the beta. We'd rather lose you at the trial than at the refund.
Because they were tools. You still did the work. Luci Aro is the opposite bet: configure it once, then stop opening it. If you find yourself using it daily, we've failed.
You're exactly who this is for. Brands with a content team don't need us. Brands where the founder is the content team do.
Keep them for the campaign work that matters. Let Luci Aro handle the ninety percent that's just feeding the feed.
Private beta opens to the waitlist first, in small batches. You'll get one email when your batch opens — we'd rather onboard ten brands properly than a hundred badly.
Not on day one, and we're not going to pretend otherwise. Publishing to your accounts on your behalf requires platform approval from Meta and the others, which takes weeks and depends on their review queue, not our engineering.
Until it clears for your account, Luci Aro delivers a fully scheduled, ready-to-publish queue: every image cropped, every caption written, every slot timed. You tap publish. When approval lands, that same queue starts going out on its own and nothing else about your setup changes.
Depends on the market, and it moved recently. EU: AI Act Article 50 became applicable on 2 August 2026 — a visible-disclosure duty on deployers for deepfake-class synthetic content, with a machine-readable marking grace period running to 2 December 2026. UK: the ASA has no blanket requirement; it's assessed case-by-case on whether the omission materially misleads. US: the FTC has no AI-imagery-specific rule, though its general deception authority applies and some state statutes bite. Separately, Meta applies its own "AI info" label regardless of what you do.
The per-market disclosure toggle is on our build list and is not shipped yet. If you sell into the EU, assume you're handling disclosure yourself for now, and tell us — it moves up the queue for every EU brand on the list. This answer has a shelf life; we re-verify it before each batch opens.
Instagram, TikTok and Pinterest at launch, with Shopify product-page sync following. Instagram's API permits 100 posts per rolling 24 hours per account, far above what any tier schedules — the cap will never be your constraint.
Yes, and during the beta everything is approval-first by default. Batch approval and fully autonomous mode arrive with the dashboard. Most brands, we expect, will start manual and switch inside a month — but that's a prediction, not a statistic. We don't have retention data yet, because we don't have customers yet.
No. If you can post to Instagram, you can run Luci Aro. Setup is choosing a model, a mood and a voice.
$79, $149 or $399 a month, depending on whether you want the images or the whole loop. Waitlist members who join in the first hundred lock their price for as long as they stay subscribed — full terms are in the founding member section above.
It goes into a private database that stores your address, your brand name if you gave one, and which tier you clicked. Nothing else — no tracking pixels, no ad-network sharing, no newsletter you didn't ask for. One email when your batch opens. Reply "remove" at any point and you're gone.
Founding members get lifetime pricing, first access, and their first three pieces shot free. One hundred spots, then the terms change.
One email when your batch opens. Nothing else, ever.
